My name is Vladimir Alexandrovskiy, I am the founder and General Director of the Dental Fantasy children’s dental clinic, the Belgravia Dental Studio dental clinic and the Fantasy children’s clinic .

Unfortunately, we are facing another deterioration in the coronavirus situation in Moscow. What should we do, as responsible people?

Everyone should get vaccinated.

Anyone who has not had COVID-19 or had it three or more months ago should get vaccinated. It is especially easy for those who live in Moscow – people can receive a vaccine in parks, hospitals, Moscow Health Pavilions, and even shopping centers.

I fell ill when there was no vaccine around and got vaccinated shortly after it became available to the public. My choice is Sputnik V. Back in February, The Lancet, a reputable medical journal, published the results of the Sputnik V study: its efficacy was 91,6% and the lessening of disease severity in moderate and severe COVID-19 cases was 100%!

Over 87% of our personnel are vaccinated or have antibodies and plan to get vaccinated in the near future. Additionally, we test our personnel for COVID-19 every ten days.

It is vital to take certain safety measures, like wearing masks in public places, washing your hands carefully and using hand sanitizers.

For over a year, all our clinics have used the following strict security measures:
  • All employees are checked for ARVI symptoms on a daily basis before the start of their working day, with their results documented in a special logbook.
  • Our personnel undergo mandatory COVID-19 testing every 10 days.
  • Our personnel wear medical masks and gloves.
  • Our doctors use respirators or masks, goggles, and gloves.
  • We ensure that patients follow social distancing rules.
  • We constantly clean and disinfect all surfaces and door handles – several times per hour.
  • We disinfect bathrooms and consulting rooms after each patient.
  • We have doubled the number of our cleaning staff per shift. We air rooms after each visit.
  • We have supplied waiting and consulting rooms with UVC germicidal lamps.
Attention! Wearing masks is mandatory for all patients and those accompanying them (pursuant to Decree of the Mayor of Moscow No. 92-UM dated August 09, 2020). If the visitors refuse to wear a mask or undergo a temperature check, we will be forced to cancel their appointment.
Please read our new rules for patients:
  • For new patients: please complete the documents on our web-site at home in advance, not at the clinic.
  • We check the temperature of all of our guests.
  • Wearing masks is mandatory for all patients aged 6 years and older and those who accompany them.
  • When children are seen by doctors, they are accompanied by 1 adult.
  • Please be on time, neither later nor early. If you are ahead of time, it would be best if you went for a walk or waited in your car.
  • Please let us know if you or your child have ARVI symptoms (such as a temperature above 37°C, running nose, cough, sore throat) and we will reschedule your appointment.
  • Right after entering the building, you will see a sanitizer on the wall. Please disinfect your own and your child’s hands with this safe and effective sanitizer. You can use antibacterial wipes (we will supply you with them) to clean the hands of small children.
  • As a temporary measure, we had to remove many toys from our playrooms.
  • We would like you to be understanding of the fact that a dentist’s assistant will give your child their chosen present after the appointment. We have restricted access to our Magic Chest for the time being.
  • We request that you leave the clinic as soon as your appointment is over.
